EliteXC folds

EliteXC has folded, after suffering financial woes and a disastrous event.
After their main draw ex street fighter turned Heavyweight MMA fighter Kimbo slice was knocked out in 14 seconds by last minute replacement for the injured Ken Shamrock – a light heavyweight named Seth Petruzelli, it went from bad to worse. An investigation by the Florida State Boxing Commission went on to find there had been no wrong-doing.
